Shipping & Collection

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping Australia-wide on all online orders. All deliveries include tracking for your convenience. Please note that larger or oversized items may be shipped via an alternative courier service due to size and freight requirements. At this time, international shipping is not available due to market restrictions .For items currently in stock, please allow approximately 2–6 business days for delivery, plus up to 2 business days for order processing and dispatch. Products on backorder from Germany may require an additional 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on availability and shipping schedules.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email.

Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays).

If your selected item is available at the time of ordering, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Saturday collections (9:00am – 4:00pm) may be arranged by appointment. Please contact our team in advance to confirm availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Items purchased through the Porsche Centre Melbourne Online Shop may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for an alternative size, provided they are accompanied by proof of purchase and returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
